The TBHOA documents require Board approval of both leases and sales. This approval is not to make your life difficult, but to screen future owners and tenants for sexual offender status. In addition, the Board needs confirmation that the new owners/lessees understand the deed restrictions, specifically as they relate to pets. Approval is required before the lease or closing of the property occurs.Non-compliance with these requirements carries a fine of $100 per day, up to $1,000 maximum in accordance with our bylaws:
