A Windstorm Mitigation Inspection was completed for Tern Bay Townhomes in May of 2011. The full report (pdf) is available for review or download below. This report will be used to hopefully reduce our Association windstorm insurance policy premiums. In addition, the individual forms for each building are available from the link below. We urge you to send this completed form to your personal windstorm insurance agent for a possible reduction in your personal (interior) windstorm policy.

For residents/owners requiring touch-up paint for our buildings, please contact Dyco Paints located at 1st Avenue S and 58th street in St. Petersburg (381-1129) and order the paint from them. Tell them you are a Tern Bay resident, and clearly identify the paint you need (main building, trim, front door, patios, or rear wood trim).
